Cooking instructions: Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the pouch from the box. Push down or squash the bag gently containing the meat and sauce to guarantee the full pulling of the meat. Cut open the pouch and place the pork and sauce in an oven friendly dish or tray while setting aside any excess sauce in a bowl. Place the product in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Continually stir through the excess sauce into the product until finished to guarantee moisture and flavour.

Cooking instructions: Barbeque

Preheat your BBQ plate and remove the pouch from the box. Pushed down or squash the bag gently containing the meat and sauce to guarantee full pulling of the meat. Cut open the pouch and place the meat and sauce directly on your already heated hotplate while setting aside some sauce in a bowl. Cook on your hotplate for 5-8 minutes or until heated through. Continuously work the source on the plate and the sauce set aside through the meat while cooking to guarantee moisture and flavour in the product.

Pork Ribs 80%, BBQ sauce 20%, Tomatoes (from paste), Sugar, Cornflour (wheat), Food acids (Acetic, Citric), Salt, Water, Corn Syrup Solids, Colour (Caramel 150C), Vegetable Gum (Pectin), Spices, Tamirind Extract)* Manufactured on the same line that processes peanuts.
