Cooking instructions: Oven

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and remove the pouch from the box. Cut open the pouch, place the ribs on a heat resistant tray and the excess sauce in a bowl to the side. Place the heat resistant tray in the oven for 20 minutes while basting the ribs regularly with the excess sauce until the product is heated through and caramelised.

Cooking instructions: Barbeque

Preheat your BBQ plate or char grill for best results and remove the pouch from the box. Cut open the pouch and place the ribs on the hot plate or grill while setting aside the excess sauce in a bowl. Baste the ribs regularly with the excess sauce until heated through and caramelised.

Pork Ribs 70%, Smokey BBQ sauce, Tomatoes (from paste), Sugar, Cornflour (wheat), Food acids (Acetic, Citric), Salt, Water, Corn Syrup Solids, Colour (Caramel 150C), Vegetabel Gum (Pectin), Tamirind Extract, Yeast Extract, Onion, Smoke Ground Spanish Paprika.
* May contain traces of Sulphite. Manufactured on the same line that processes peanuts.
